How can I get more information?

If you have questions or need your test results, call the COVID-19 Testing Call Center: 1-912-230-9744. The call center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Savannah/Chatham County: No Appointment Required

Savannah Civic Center at 301 West Oglethorpe Ave.

Please note: the testing site will be closed on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. The Civic Center will be used as a polling location for elections scheduled on that date. Testing will resume August 12th.

All Other Locations: By Appointment Only

Please note: Double-check your appointment date and time – we cannot offer testing if you show up at a different date or time. Please do not arrive for your scheduled appointment more than 10 minutes early. Arriving early creates a long line at the drive-through testing site. If you cannot keep your appointment, please go online or call to cancel so the appointment time will be available to someone else. Thank you.
